How we handle personal data on this website and in email you send us. A full notice, reviewed by a lawyer for each region we serve, will replace this interim text.
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP address, to serve and protect the site. Beyond that, we receive personal data only when you email us. We use it to reply. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or train AI models on it.

ERP Health Check files
The Health Check is in build and does not accept files. Before it does, this notice will state where files are processed, how long they are kept, and how the separate, off-by-default opt-in for anonymised aggregate research works.
Retention
For client data, retention periods are set in your statement of work. For this website, we keep enquiry emails only while we need them to respond and to keep business records, and we delete them on request.
Your rights and complaints
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Email hello@buildmysaas.ai. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live: for example the Data Protection Board of India, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or the supervisory authority of your EU country.
