What does the first step cost?
The Ops X-ray takes two weeks at a fixed fee. India rate ₹2,50,000. International rate US$9,500 / €8,500 / AED 35,000. Prices exclude taxes.
What if the X-ray finds nothing?
You get that in writing and we stop. If a deliverable is missing, we complete it free or refund the fee.
Who owns the code?
You own the custom code and data from each paid milestone, in your cloud account. Our reusable libraries stay ours, with a perpetual licence to you.
Can we ask in ChatGPT or Claude?
It is in build: fixed read-only tools, with every call logged by user. What leaves your cloud account: six named flows.
How much of our time?
About two hours a week from a finance or operations lead, a read-only ERP user, and one decision you want the data to support.
Can we stop part-way?
Yes. Each stage ends with a test and your decision. Retainers end with 30 days' notice, and you keep the repository and runbook.
What we will not do
- Sell a new ERP or resell licences.
- Write to your ERP without sign-off.
- Build before the X-ray names the money.
- Quote savings your data cannot show.
