New site layout
Pages regrouped into Method, Systems, Accelerators, Field notes and Pricing. Product views are now mockups of an invented company. Prices have a simple estimator.
Operations engineering, in four stages
The method is now Insight, Ease, Fit and Grow, each with a written gate. Ease is included in the pilot price. The Ops X-ray names five deliverables. Prices carry India and international rate labels. We run at most two X-rays at a time.
Status labels corrected
ERP Intelligence: live in pilot for reports and costing; assistant access in build. Leads: demo. CRM functions: in build. Chatbots: Telegram demo; others on request in a pilot.
Three ways in, with status
Each accelerator lists its status for the interface, the API and MCP server, and chatbots. The data-flow statement names six flows, including chat channels.
