Five deliverables
- Reconciled figures with exceptions

- Up to five ranked fixes, or a written statement that none met the threshold

The test before each next stage
- After Insight: Continue only if one fix is worth more than its build cost in a year, by your finance team's numbers.
- After Ease: Named users complete the workflow in at least 4 of 5 weeks, measured in the audit log.
- After Fit: Finance closes on the figures.
- After each Grow module: The module's metric moves.
Payment, ownership, warranty, exit
- Payment: fixed price per milestone, 30% at start, 40% at acceptance testing, 30% after two weeks in production.
- Ownership: you own the custom code and data from each paid milestone. Our reusable libraries stay ours, with a perpetual licence to you.
- Warranty: 60 days on defects after go-live.
- Exit: either side can end a retainer with 30 days' written notice. You keep the repository, infrastructure-as-code and runbook.
